All FC Series instruments provide fast, accurate results with rapid repeatability in both direct and passive test modes. With our patented EasyTab™ Mouthpiece, Officer contact with the "wet" end of the mouthpiece is completely avoided. Simply push on the tab and eject the mouthpiece.
Unlike other devices on the market, the FC Series utilize a 64 character backlit display with text prompts (no error codes to remember). For long life and test reliability, we use a full size 1 inch (25.4 mm) platinum fuel cell which is up to four times larger than competitive cells. For passive testing, a unique double-pump breath sampling system ensures rapid testing of multiple subjects. Advanced security and lock-out features eliminate unauthorized operation and faulty tests.
