Have you ever wanted to do more with the boating accident data that you collect but didn’t know where to begin?
This session promises some suggestions and tools that will get you started on basic data analysis using the data already on hand, and offer you some insight into additional analysis areas you might not have considered.
This session will provide you with a “do it yourself” package (including spreadsheet tools and analysis instructions) for completing a multi-year examination of your recreational boating accident data, with special focus on issues at the body of water level. We’ll also be providing suggestions on how your findings can be used to maximize your program resources.
For those attendees who want a sampling of more advanced data analysis, and some significant discoveries as well, we’ll also be discussing important findings on nighttime boating accidents resulting from advanced analysis of BARD data.
The session "Making Your Boating Accident Data Work for You" will take place Wednesday Sept. 14 at 10 a.m. at the NASBLA Annual Conference
