    2023 NASBLA Annual Report
The National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA), a national nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization that works to develop public policy for recreational boating safety, has released its 2023 Annual Report. The report covers a variety of accomplishments achieved by NASBLA and its members, stemming from NASBLA policy committees, grant projects, annual events, national awards and more. NASBLA represents the recreational boating authorities of all 50 states and the U.S. territories.

Some of the top achievements highlighted in this report include the dual offerings of the RBS Leadership Academies, new initiatives regarding the long-established Boating Education Advisory Panel (BEAP), increased interest and participation in the Certified Recreational Boating Professional (CRBP) program, a record-number of training courses delivered through the NASBLA BOAT Program, the signing of a revised Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the U.S. Coast Guard, and the addition of the Paddlesports Trade Coalition (PTC) as the newest member of our association's list of affiliated organizations.

The Annual Report provides a comprehensive look at NASBLA's primary initiatives, campaigns, and competencies, illustrating how they align with the association's strategic objectives. Included are summaries of ongoing efforts such as Operation Dry Water (ODW), the BOAT Program, the National Boating Standards Panel, and much more.
