Gail Kulp is the executive director of the Sea Tow Foundation, a non-profit organization working to promote safe boating practices in order to reduce boating-related accidents and fatalities. Before coming to work for the Sea Tow Foundation, Gail was the director of education and standards for the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) headquartered in Lexington, Ky. from 2005-2010.
Growing up in Maryland, Gail spent much of her childhood on or near the water. As a swimmer and a kayaker, Gail is just as comfortable on the water as on land. She graduated from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Md., with a dual degree in elementary education and history. She then earned a master’s degree in educational policy, planning and leadership from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Va. Gail lives in Montoursville, Pa., with her husband, Chris.
